Online Store - Purchase Policies & Procedures

The Sacramento Sirens have partnered with Athlete Web Services
(AWS) to provide you the convenience of online
shopping for Sirens tickets
and merchandise. Simply visit the site, create a new online
account and select the products you are interested in. Don't
wait till the next home game to get your favorite Sirens
gear!
MERCHANDISE
Shipping
- Merchandise purchased from the Sirens Online Store is
currently only available to be shipped within the U.S. All
merchandise will be shipped via Priority Mail for per item
fee and will arrive within 2-4 business days of the purchase
date. Tax of 7.75% is included in the product purchase price.
Customers ordering products over 3 lbs will be contacted
regarding an additional shipping fee based on the total
order weight.
TICKETS
Purchase - When all the details for home games are
solidified, single game tickets will be available for purchase
up until MIDNIGHT the day before the game.
A $1.50 processing fee with tax is included in the purchase
price that helps cover the Sirens internal fee for using
the Online Store.
Pick-Up at Will Call - Tickets purchased online
will be available for pick up the day of the game.
Please bring a copy of either your order or delivery confirmation
e-mails to the Sirens Will Call booth to pick up your tickets.
The person who purchases the tickets online does not have
to be the same person who picks up the tickets at the game.
The Will Call booth opens one hour prior to game
time and will close at the end of halftime.
