Mini-Camp - 2005

Date: Saturday, January 15th
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Capital Christian High School Football Field
Fees: FREE camp with a $5 fee for lunch

Rookie mini-camp is scheduled for Saturday, January 15th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Capital Christian High School Football Field, with lunch provided. Required for all potential players wishing to take part in training camp 2005. Veteran athletes may attend if desired. No helmets or pads. Fee of $5 to cover the cost food.

IMPORTANT
Individual medical insurance is required. Please bring a COPY of your medical insurance card.

DETAILS
The Mini-Camp is focussed on helping women football players learn more about the game and improve their fundamental skills at various offensive and defensive positions. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Suggested dress includes sweats or shorts, cleats (recommended) or athletic shoes. Bring extra water and any injury prevention gear you would normally use playing sports (knee and ankle braces). Lunch will be provided. This camp is required for all potential players wishing to take part in Sirens 2005 training camp. Veteran athletes may attend if desired. No helmets or pads necessary.
