Agility Course

Cones are staggard and placed approximately 10 yards apart. Athletes start and run at angles to get around the cones as quickly. Adjust your direction rapidly around each cone by getting low to the ground on these turns and then sprint to the finish. Cleates are especially helpful on this drill to avoid slipping on the grass. Athletes get two chances to run this course and improve their time.
