Lifting
Athletes
will bench press 65 pounds (2-10 lb weights) for as many
repetitions as they can. The bar needs to come all the way
down to the chest and then be pushed back to a straight
arm position. 2 spotters will assist as needed. Athletes
get one chance to bench this weight as many times as possible.
