FINAL Player Tryouts - 2004

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Registration at 9:00 a.m.)
Location: Capital Christian High School Football Field
IMPORTANT
Individual medical insurance is required. Please bring a COPY
of your medical insurance card. Tryout fee of $50.00 includes
Sirens tryout T-Shirt. Attendees of the October 18 tryouts
do not have to pay this fee again in November if they want
to come back and improve their scores.
Please
print out and bring the following forms completed to tryouts
(pdf files):
a) Registration Form
b) Injury Waiver
Athletes
will begin tryouts with a group stretch and warm-up. Athletes
will then be divided up into equal groups and rotate through
the below skill stations:
Tryouts
are targeted towards college level athletes and women who
love to play sports. Participants must be at least 18 years
of age. Suggested dress includes sweats or shorts, cleats
(recommended) or athletic shoes. Bring extra water and any
injury prevention gear you would normally use playing sports
(knee and ankle braces).
