Most
Memorable Moment:
Going
to St. Petersburg, Russia for two weeks in High School.
As a Siren - My very first play as a Siren in the playoff
game in 2002 (January). I pumped and knocked a player on
her back and I was so excited. I actually said something
to her (the only time I have ever talked a little smack!).
Why
I'm playing for the Sirens:
I
had always regreted not participating in some form of athletics
after high school. When I heard about the Sirens I thought
"How can I pass up an opportunity like this?"
Luckily, I have grown to love the game because it is both
physically and mentally challenging, not to mention a blast!
It started as wanting to prove to myself that I could do
it. Now I play because I love the game, but most of all,
I love my teammates and coaches!
