Brown
Offensive
Coordinator |
| Coach Ron Brown is in his
third season with the Sirens as Offensive Coordinator.
Coach Brown grew up in the Sacramento, California area
and has coached football at the high school level for
15 years. His favorite moment as a Siren was our offense
putting together a 95-yard, 15-play, 8-minute drive
to close out the 2003 IWFL Championship game in fine
Siren-like fashion. Coach Brown currently works full
time as a Safety Manager and owns his own business as
a Health and Safety Consultant. |

Brian
McCann
Offensive
Line Coach
|
| Coach
Brian McCann is in his third season with the Sirens
as Offensive Line Coach. He is very proud of his players
and their accomplishments. “Our offensive line
is one of the smallest in the league, and yet my players
consistently rise above and wear out the opposing defense.”
Coach McCann was born in Oroville, California, grew
up in the bay area, and has played football most of
his life. “Coaching has always been a passion
for me. At first it was strange coaching women…well
I don’t coach women anymore…I coach football
players.” Coach McCann currently works as an analyst
for the State of California and also enjoys performing
in various theatrical productions. You can also see
coach McCann’s kids, BJ and Brandon, on the sidelines
at most home games.
Coach
Blossom (McCann’s alter ego) is also in his
third year with the Sirens. He knows nothing about
football, but thinks the hats and pads are cute.

|
| Coach
Joe Gardner is in his fourth season as Special Teams
Coach. Coach Gardner was born in Boulder Creek, California
and played football in High School before pursuing a
coaching position with the Sirens. Coach Gardner originally

learn and develop into successful football players. |

Jen
Huston
Quarterbacks
Coach
|
Coach Huston was a fan during the Sirens first season
and decided to tryout for the quarterback position during
their second season. Huston was not selected to play,
but through her skill and knowledge of the game, was
offered a position as a coaches assistant in 2002. For
the past two seasons, Huston has progressed to be the
Quarterback position coach for the Sirens. Huston has
always enjoyed playing a variety of sports growing up
and has a natural ability to teach - combining the two
was her next step. Huston's day job is as a courier
for the company, Recall. Related to the team, she mostly
enjoys the family and friendship that is part of being
a Siren. "It is a unique opportunity and privilege
to be part of this team." |
