Sirens Ticket Purchase Policy

  1. No exchanges or refunds will be issued after a ticket has been purchased; or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
  2. Tickets purchased within the Sirens online store are subject to a minimal convenience charge in order to cover the cost of providing this online ticket service to Sirens customers.
  3. Duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.
  4. Athlete Web Services (AWS) acts as the online agent for Sirens game purchases. When customers purchase a ticket to a Sirens home game, AWS will handle the payment transaction and the Sacramento Sirens will handle the ticket fulfillment via a will call check in at Sirens home games.
  5. If you do not receive a confirmation order number (in the form of an email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with AWS whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. AWS and the Sacramento Sirens will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive a confirmation e-mail.
  6. There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased via the Sirens online store.
  7. Occasionally, games are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for your tickets. When AWS issues a refund for a Sirens online store purchase, it will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and the convenience fee. Delivery fees will not be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.
